Dorothy Lemelson S.T.E.M. Academy – Volunteer Graphic Design Work
STEM-Themed Apparel Artwork for Teachers and Students
I volunteered my time as a graphic designer for the Dorothy Lemelson S.T.E.M. Academy Elementary School to create a collection of original STEM-inspired graphics for shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts. My goal was to make designs that are fun, educational, and visually appealing while keeping them affordable for the school community.
Some designs started with AI concepts, but every single one was reworked, redrawn, and finished by me in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. I made sure each piece had a polished, original feel and matched the vision of the school.
The designs range from futuristic cityscapes and space exploration to robotics, mathematics, and playful, kid-friendly artwork. Each one is made to spark curiosity, encourage learning, and give teachers and students something they can proudly wear.
