Process Design, Change Management, Execution & Adoption

What I Did:
Processes don’t just happen — they need to be built with intention and then supported so people can actually use them. I designed workflows from start to finish, spotted gaps, and created approaches that made work smoother while still meeting compliance needs. Change management was a big part of it too, which meant keeping stakeholders in the loop, building clear documentation, and creating training so teams felt confident adopting the changes. Execution wasn’t just flipping the switch — it was making sure the process worked in practice and that people trusted it.

Impact:
The end result was processes that scaled, improved consistency, and were actually embraced by the teams using them. Because design and change management went hand in hand, adoption was easier, resistance was lower, and results showed up faster. Leaders got clear visibility into how work was running, and teams had the confidence that the new processes made their day-to-day easier, not harder. For me, it showed how important it is to take complex needs and turn them into practical designs that people will use and stick with.
