What I Did:
Documentation has always been one of my strongest contributions, and I’ve built everything from quick reference guides to full-scale training programs. A big part of this work was developing role-specific training job aids that combined text, images, and walkthrough videos so teammates could learn processes step by step. My largest effort was a 70-page training document, built on 11x17 pages, that covered a complex set of workflows in detail. It served as the go-to reference for new hires and experienced team members alike, ensuring knowledge was consistent and always accessible.

Impact:
These materials streamlined onboarding, reduced repeated questions, and gave teams the confidence to handle processes independently. By mixing formats — written content, visuals, and video walkthroughs — the training reached different learning styles and made adoption easier. The result was faster ramp-up times, higher accuracy in daily tasks, and a knowledge base that scaled with the team. Leaders benefited from knowing the information was clear, standardized, and documented in a way that supported long-term success.
